Unlike most Sales meetings, we had a very short window in which to plan; essentially, we had 10 weeks to plan an international event for 165 people.

To my amazement, Cheshire AV was substantially less than the cost of the AV company the hotel contracted in Banff. The AV company at the hotel was also unable to meet all of our requirements and would have had to contract another company to provide all of the equipment.

We recognized from the beginning that proper AV support is critical to the success of a meeting and that if it was not properly planned, it could be detrimental to the meeting. Cheshire AV did a fantastic job. They were involved in our planning meetings for the 8 weeks prior to the event and were involved in daily planning, offering suggestions for different events to make them more impactful to our team. With drape, lighting and creative placement of the gobos, we had an Awards Dinner which was elegant, impressive and most importantly, meaningful to our team.

As an event planner and a perfectionist, being able to give responsibility to Cheshire AV and knowing that I didn’t have to check every last detail was breathtaking. They worked with the entire planning team from Senior Management to event planners and conducted themselves professionally and courteously. When changes were suggested at the last minute, they implemented them flawlessly. When they saw a way to do something better, they were not afraid to suggest it.

Due to the success of this meeting and the dedication and commitment that Cheshire AV demonstrated, we will definitely be using them for all of our future AV needs.

Dear Steve, I just arrived home from our recent national Business Meeting held in Las Vegas. Looking back on the past few days, it would be unfair if I did not take the time to thank you and your entire team for the service you provide.

Over the years, we have come to think of your organization as part of our own. This year, you did more than ever and displayed a sense of passion and leadership seldom displayed by a service provider.

Delivering a message and having an organization understand it is a critical part of any business meeting. This year we experienced issues with our conference facility. They were in the middle of a major construction project and could not meet the terms of our original contract. You challenged the conference center to make the situation right for us. Working with our team, you solved the problems, helped negotiate a fee reduction, and working against the clock, you reconfigured your entire setup in another room more suitable for our final awards dinner.
