I just arrived home from our recent national Business Meeting held in Las Vegas. Looking back on the past few days, it would be unfair if I did not take the time to thank you and your entire team for the service you provide.
Over the years, we have come to think of your organization as part of our own. This year, you did more than ever and displayed a sense of passion and leadership seldom displayed by a service provider.
Delivering a message and having an organization understand it is a critical part of any business meeting. With your help, we not only delivered our message, but we did it in a professional and entertaining fashion. This year we experienced issues with our conference facility. They were in the middle of a major construction project and could not meet the terms of our original contract. The meeting room was wrong, the noise was troublesome and the meeting was at risk. You took this problem on as if it was your own. You challenged the conference center to make the situation right for us. Working with our team, you solved the problems, helped negotiate a fee reduction, and working against the clock, you reconfigured your entire setup in another room more suitable for our final awards dinner.
